Endzone Flag Football Refund Policy (2026 Season)

 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email) to the League Administrator. Refunds are processed based on the date the written request is received, according to the schedule below.

January 2, 2026 – January 15, 2026                                                                    75% Refund

January 16, 2026 – February 1, 2026                                                                   50% Refund

On or After February 2, 2026                                                                            0% Refund (No Refund)

Important Notes:

• The portion of the fee retained covers non-recoverable administrative costs, including registration processing, transaction fees, and initial league setup expenses.

• No refunds will be granted on or after February 2, 2026, as teams are finalized and uniform/equipment orders are complete. This includes withdrawals due to injury, scheduling conflicts, or any other circumstances.
